Live readiness

    Install into CTA Teams

    1. 1

      Entra app (admin, once)

      Single-tenant app in CTA Entra. Expose API as api://integrity.capitaltechalliance.com/<client-id>. Authorize Teams clients for access_as_user.

      Package zip

      From repo: export CTA_ENTRA_APP_CLIENT_ID=… then ./scripts/teams/package-cta-app.sh → dist/teams/IIP-CTA-Teams.zip

    3. 3

      Sideload

      Teams → Apps → Manage your apps → Upload a custom app → select the zip. Tenant must allow custom apps.

    4. 4

      Open in a meeting

      Meeting toolbar → Apps / + → IIP Interview. Panel should auto-start integrity for that meeting id.

    5. 5

      Day-of

      Mark applicant → share check-in → candidate starts Monitor → review screens and indicators (human only).

    Media scope

    This panel does not capture other participants' raw Teams audio or video. Candidate screens come from the consented desktop/browser monitor.
